ABOUT SHANA
A passion for performance.
With certifications in athletic training, personal training and nutrition coaching, Shana is also a military veteran, homesteader, and mother to four.

Shana obtained her personal training certification while serving in the United States Marine Corps. After serving 5 years in the Marines, she attended the Pennsylvania State University and graduated with a BS in Athletic Training in 2018. She went on to obtain her masters in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Lock Haven University in 2019. She is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach, Carnivore Coach, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer, Bodybuilding Specialist, and Tactical Conditioning Specialist.

Shana believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness, considering nutrition, mental wellness, circadian rhythm, strength, and injury prevention.
